ESTATE BUNGALOW

This three level bungalow was made by Narein Perera in Matugama, Sri Lanka.

Nerein Perera is artisan based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The building was designed at the beginning of the jungle where the client, a young entrepreneur, can oversee the functioning of the estate periodically. The client also wanted the flexibility to be able to rent out the bungalow to accommodate a clientele seeking to escape the busy life of the city, a place that would allow quiet rest. This timber construction, metal and bambooincludes only three bedrooms with attached baths and a multi‐functional space with a pantry.
