Joogii is a Los Angeles-based design studio created by husband and wife team Diogo and Juliette Felippelli. They founded Joogii in 2015 to create objects and art that cultivate a vibrant environment with the intention to bring story, energy and dialogue into the global design marketplace.

“The French Touch” collection is one of their latest project: a set of furniture characterized by the dichroic film applied to the CNC-cut acrylic, the main material. The elements that compose the chair are combined with puzzle-like lap joints and steel bolts. The entire series is inspired by a previous project, “French Touch”, a chair designed with the same principles, influenced by French house music during the 1990’s, paying homage to experimental artists like Daft Punk, Cassius and Etienne de Crecy. “French Touch” was made in collaboration with Juliette Mutzke-Felippelli.
