THE EDITORS – “IN DREAM” IS A SOUND RESEARCH

Brand new album from the Editors. After four successes they are still hungry to explore and experiment in this self-produced (in)dream.

Tom Smith and Co. have created a “sperimental pop” world, a 10 tracks journey in continuous contrast between each other. An example? Listen to “Life is a fear”: black and white, lights and shadows. Depeche Mode, Joy Division and Interpol melted in a granular synthesis.

For us, the album is almost perfect: melodically not common and harmoniously researched.
