A NEW PENCIL

The 3rd year industrial design students of Holon Institute of Technology, Israel, were asked by designers Luka Or and Keren Tomer to do a short and “sharpened” exercise: rethink about the idea of pencil. The results include 18 different views of the product, new pencils with new functions and new shapes. The collection includes for example a series of pencil brushes, a pencil dedicated for fashion pattern making, a letter stamping pencil and more.
