Do you remember SPACE 10 studio in Copenhagen? The latest team project brings together technology and food design: Tomorrow’s Meatball.

“Tomorrow’s Meatball is a visual exploration of the future of food – exploring the many ways we could be eating in the not-too distant future. The exploration focus on alternative ingredients, technological innovations and uncharted gastronomic territories, that we need to consider to combat our unsustainable appetite for meat and the explosive demand for more food in the future.”

They imagined how would look like our meals in 20 years, they explored alternative new ingredients, technological innovations and unknown territories of gastronomy that we should start considering in order to fight the massive food demand of the future.
