Dealer de Sucre – sugar dealer – is an Instagram page that show you the amount of sugar in foods and beverages in a creative and visual way. The photos show a comparison between the product and the amount of sugar cubes related, these comparisons allow us to be more sensitive to what we eat on a daily basis and to the negative consequences of excessive consumption. OMS recommends a maximum dose of 25 grams of sugar per day, or the equivalent of 5 cubes.
