DRØMSJEL

DRØMSJEL, real name’s Pierre Schmidt, is an illustrator, he was born in 1987 in Ruhrgebiet, Germany, and he currently lives and works in Berlin.
He usually creates a mix of illustration, collage and photo-manipulation, resulting in a surrealist and complex imagery, he’s inspired by impulsivities of his psyche and the philosophies of Friedrich Nietzsche and the melancholy underpinnings of Avro Pärt’s Spiegel em Spiegel. With his works, he unfolds the world of the unseen, our hidden thoughts and emotions.
