Bobby Doherty is a New York-based photographer and his works appear regularly in New York Magazine.

He has always approached photography with a sense of fun and this is clearly visible through his vivid and humorous still-life pictures. His principle is simple: every picture he shoot must be vertical, in colour and on 35mm film. There is Something about the brightness and vividness of his colours, combined with the food patterns and ambiguous shapes that can capture even the most inattentive glance.
