L’EROICA

L’Eroica was an old bike event in Italy, in the Chianti region. Since 1997 every year it has been run again, a race that is above all an adventure: 209 km between the Chianti dirty roads with a bike that must have at least 30 years (before 1987). As you can imagine the mood of the race makes it really design oriented, with vintage bikes, moustaches and cropped vintage shirts. L’Eroica involves actors, stylists, engineers, financiers, amateurs, some VIPs, but the real stars are the vintage bikes that are real pieces of cycling history, fun and entertainment.
