TIMOTHY HUTTO
Born in St. Petersburg, Florida, in 1981, Timothy Hutto studied Photography at Savannah College of Art and Design, now he is based in Brooklyn, NY.
Hutto’s Things series are a collection of still life, they are characterized by the use of everyday objects in a neutral colorful and minimalistic environment. His photos often refer to meta narratives present in mass culture, Timothy focuses on the inability of communication, trying to dialogue, the dissonance between form and content and language dysfunction. The lack of clear references are key elements in his work.
