Tomorrow’s Meatball<\/span> <\/a><\/span>is a visual exploration of the future of food – exploring the many ways we could be eating in the not-too distant future. The exploration focus on alternative ingredients, technological innovations and uncharted gastronomic territories, that we need to consider to combat our unsustainable appetite for meat and the explosive demand for more food in the future.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

They imagined<\/span> how would look like<\/span> our meals <\/span>in<\/span> 20 years<\/span>, they explored<\/span> alternative<\/span> new<\/span> ingredients<\/span>, technological innovations<\/span> and<\/span> unknown<\/span> territories<\/span> of gastronomy<\/span> that we should<\/span> start considering<\/span> in order<\/span> to fight<\/span> the massive<\/span> food demand of<\/span> the future<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
